The Objective
A team was put together with Paris-based luxury furniture designer Hervet Manufacturier, which was led by cousins Cédric and Nicolas Hervet. Cédric was the creative director of Daft Punk, in charge of album covers and stage designs for internationally acclaimed performances. The interior was imagined as a second home for elegant music lovers from near and far. In response to the creative direction of Cassio, which echoed ‘The Great Gatsby’, an idea was born to bridge the 1920s and today. Retro-futuristic materials filled the design with custom-made furniture, lighting, and a spaceship-inspired DJ booth. The redesign propelled Cassio’s international reputation with media coverage from Tatler, Mixmag and Resident Advisor.
