Inspired by the streets of Kathmandu and colours from Northern India, the infamous club, Dagon-I, was transformed into an imaginary temple. Echoing the atmosphere of a shire but without any sacred symbolism, a mystical world was born for a one-night event. The entrance was paved with flowers and filled with incense as guests made their way to the main area, which was decorated with a Safran-tented structure and hanging velvet umbrellas. The “Drunken Guru Library” featured shelves of books and bottles while contortionists’ yogis distributed wearable accessories to guests in a raging 80’s disco-soaked atmosphere.
